A family oriented business, the company was started by two brothers, Mr. Vinay Joshi and Mr. Vikas Joshi in 1999. Their company was founded upon the principles of commitment, flexibility, honesty and integrity. Important to stand behind all they say and do. Vinay Joshi (Chairman)

He has been into the real estate industry for more than 10 years and been involved in the real estate business even longer. Over 10 years of experience, he has enriched his expertise in all areas of real estate business. Mr. Vinay Joshi is a commerce graduate from Rajasthan University. He started his business with a small investment which after his hard work and dedication, has become a well know brand in Rajasthan. His collaboration with Jaipur Development Authority and Avas Vikas Limited, Mr. Vinay Joshi initialized the idea of affordable housing policy. He has been awarded with the Emerging Builder of the year for the Rajasthan State. He is currently presiding as the Chairman of Rajasthan Affordable Housing Development Association and active member of Builders Association of India (Rajasthan Chapter).

Vikas Joshi (Director)

A commerce graduate with remarkable experience of 5 years in Real Estate Company, His decision making capabilities has helped in devising corporate strategies and directing the organization towards a well-planned future. The group has emerged as one of the most competent organization in real estate under his supervision. He believes in delivering quality and excellence and considers the customer's trust as the greatest asset of the organization.
